Jill Hampton

Founder & Content Creator

Jill Hampton is the heart and hands behind Wildflower Creek Devotionals—a dream she’s nurtured with prayer, late-night inspiration, and a whole lot of faith. This site is her baby—born from a deep desire to share God’s Word in a way that feels real, honest, and rooted in everyday life.

A Texas native with small-town roots, Jill finds peace in the quiet countryside, where faith grows strong and wildflowers bloom free. She's a wife, a proud mom in a blended family of six grown kids, and a big believer in second chances—including going back to college to finish what she started years ago.

As a writer, photographer, and lifelong creative, Jill weaves together Scripture, storytelling, and a love for simple living to offer devotionals, Bible lessons, and workbooks that speak to the soul. Wildflower Creek Devotionals is more than a website—it’s her ministry, her passion, and her way of pouring hope into the hearts of others, one page at a time.

Her prayer is that you’ll find encouragement here—truth that takes root, grace that grows deep, and reminders that you’re never walking this journey alone.

Taryn Schuette

Content Creator

Taryn Schuette is a devoted wife, creative soul, and faith-driven mama who wears many hats with grace and grit. She's the proud mom of a spirited grown daughter and the loving bonus mom to twin boys—together with her husband Austin, they’re building a life rooted in love, laughter, and God's unshakable truth.

Taryn relies on God’s Word and prayer as her daily anchor—especially in the messy, beautiful moments of motherhood and everyday life. Her heart is to encourage other women to do the same—to turn to Scripture not just in crisis, but as a constant source of strength, wisdom, and peace.

With a love for all things handmade, Taryn finds joy in creating—whether it's through baking something sweet in the kitchen, crafting with her hands, or writing words that speak life. She believes there's beauty in the ordinary and power in faith shared honestly.

As a content creator, Taryn pours her heart into everything she shares, hoping to inspire others to lean into grace, live with intention, and never forget the strength found in quiet prayer. Her journey is a testament to God’s goodness—and her mission is to help others see it in their own lives, too.
